Event Desciption

Spring is here, and we are ready to welcome it together! The Spring Equinox is one of those rare, magical moments in the year when the whole Earth seems to take a collective breath. Day and night hold each other in perfect balance, the soil is waking up, the light is returning, and something deep inside us responds. We feel it even before we can name it. This is the moment winter loosens its grip and possibility rushes in. This year, we are gathering as a community to honor that turning point together. Because spring deserves to be celebrated, and celebration is always better shared!

Join us for this special 90-minute live gathering where we will come together for guided meditation, shared reflection, and the kind of quiet joy that comes from pausing to truly notice the season changing around us. This is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and be fully present with the aliveness of this moment.

What We’ll Do Together:

  • Settle in and arrive through guided meditation designed to help you feel the shift of the season in your own body and breath
  • Reflect together on what you are releasing from the winter and what you are ready to welcome in
  • Set intentions for the season ahead, held and witnessed by our community
  • Share in the simple, profound joy of marking this moment as something sacred and worth celebrating

There is something deeply nourishing about doing this work in community. When we gather with others who are paying attention, something opens up that wouldn’t happen alone. You will leave this session feeling more connected, more grounded, and more awake to the beauty of the season unfolding around you! This event is open to everyone, whether you are a longtime member of our community or joining us for the very first time. All are welcome here!
