Nature As Our Teacher: Grounding with Fall

We honor the Buddhist principle of dana which translates to “mutual generosity”. We set a low baseline registration fee to support our program offerings and then invite you to practice this ancient tradition of giving dana so you can support our teachers and the organization at a level that meets your means and feels generous without causing financial hardship to yourself. Cultivating the heart quality of generosity is one of the foundational practices of mindfulness.
